Strait Sax Ahead is lead by self developed finger-style guitar player, Albert Sirimal, who provides the backbone instrumentation for the band with running bass lines and syncopated chord voicings supported by the rhythmic beats of percussionist – Badar Fawzy and seasoned music journey man Azmi Hairudin on saxophone. Fronting and completing the band is the gospel / bluesy vocal abilities of Russell Curtis.
